1. Services

• Coaching and mentorship services are provided to support your career and personal development.
• Results may vary, and success is dependent on your effort and commitment.
• Services are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

2. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance through the provided booking system.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. No sessions will be confirmed without payment.
• Prices are subject to change, but any booked sessions will be honoured at the price paid.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
• If the coach needs to cancel, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided for completed sessions.
• If you are unsatisfied with your first session, contact us to discuss possible resolutions.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful communication is expected at all times.
• Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of services.

6. Confidentiality

• All discussions during sessions are confidential.
• Your personal information will not be shared without your consent unless required by law.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Coaching and mentorship provide guidance, but decisions and outcomes are your responsibility.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect impact resulting from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
